- Expedited Shipping — $25.
Available shipping options are shown during checkout. Expedited Shipping refers to the shipping service selected for the order and does not necessarily shorten any production or handling time for custom-made or made-to-order products.
Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment on business days. Processing time can vary by product, quantity, inventory status, and whether the item is standard or custom-made. If an item requires additional production time, we may provide an estimated lead time before or after the order is placed.
Delivery estimates
Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly stated. Weather, carrier disruptions, remote delivery locations, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment information is sent using the contact details associated with the order. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
Shipping address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing the order. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has started. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-routed, re-shipped, or sent again after being returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery issue, contact us with your order number. For products that arrive damaged, keep the product and packaging and send clear photos so we can review the claim. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for damage and return procedures.
Custom and oversized products
Custom-size and made-to-order products may require additional handling or production time. Any special shipping arrangements that materially affect the order will be communicated when applicable.
United States only
Checkout is limited to U.S. shipping addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping through the website.
